Do I need to be home?
Not unless you want to. Many clients provide a lockbox code or building access. We document entry instructions on your profile so the team is consistent.

Do you bring supplies?
Yes—vacuums, mops, microfiber, and professional cleaners. If you prefer green or unscented products, say so when you book.

How do you price jobs?
Mostly by square footage, bathrooms, and condition (pets, clutter, last professional clean). We’ll confirm a range before the first visit and adjust after the first walkthrough if needed.

What about pets?
Friendly pets are welcome; aggressive or anxious animals should be secured so our cleaners can move safely with equipment.

Should I tip?
Tips are never required. If you loved the visit, cash or app tips left for the crew are appreciated and split on multi-person jobs unless you specify otherwise.

What if something is missed?
Contact us within 24 hours with a photo if possible. We’ll return to touch up the area at no charge when the miss is on us.
